Canucks News:

The biggest news is the fact that Mike Sullivan is no longer available to be the coach of the Canucks, as he was hired by the Rangers yesterday. I am not too upset about this. I really think this team needs a coach who has a different vision of how to use these players, especially Petey. Now will Rutherford, Allvin and Francesco have the guts to do it.....and not interfere along the way. Doubtful.

The social media frenzy over Quinn Hughes continues to feed itself. To me, the idea of Quinn going to New Jersey is impossible as the Devils literally have no player or combination of players to fill the void he would leave.

TONIGHT'S ACTION

Only one game tonight and it's Winnipeg's chance to get rid of St Louis. But they will have to do it without Scheifele. While no official word of what type of injury he has, it's assumed that after having his bell rung a couple times in the last game, he has a concussion. The Jets do get Ehlers back tonight for the first time since April 3rd. Hellebuyck will have to stand on his head tonight to get the Jets on to the next round.
