Congrats to the Nucks management on making the team worse. At least in the short term. Who am I kidding, we could be back to the Benning days of meh. Let's hope not.
Disappointed that these 'alleged' professionals couldn't work out their toddler playground drama. Shocked, but not shocked, this management group that saw this coming and doubled down on JT and Pete and now, not even 2 years in, it's a change of plans.
Maybe this will all work out. Maybe JT has peaked. At least as a Canuck. What about Pete? Has he peaked or will he resume his Alien powers. But here or in Buffalo?

Wooo Gnarly! From Hoggy! And it took me 5 minutes to type that cuz DT was talking about hoggy scoring, and then I was confused... but actually it was DT that was confused. That's so canucks...

However... it can always get worse... it's the Canucks Way.
Nucks are busy attacking in the Stars zone. But Roopea gets the puck from a pass from his zone while zooming thru center ice - breaks in and scores a goal that actual Demmers would likely have stopped.
Nucks down 3-1 late in the 3rd.
And worse... Huggie is hurt. Goes to the room. Does come back to the bench, but could be an 'upper/lower body' injury - he grimaces when skating. Hopefully just a pulled heartstring and is ready by Sunday.

However... all is not lost... as the Nucks PP on their 5th attempt score! It's DeBrusk breaking his slump!
