Here's what we learned: Tank or no tank - Brock scored a GOAL that counted makes all the freakin' losing almost worth it. Pretty much.

The big empty void - 6 game road tank of 0 points - rolling through the eastern gulags of hockey - it's over. The Nucks have finally balanced that imbalance between winning on the road versus losing at home.

But first... have to get through this final tilt in Ohio where the BJs are still basking in their new coach bump.

This period was looking like the Nucks could preserve a tie. At one point they were leading the BJs on the shot clock. That was a bit nervy.

MPetey continued his Tankoriffic play into the 2nd. Loses his man and Nucks achieve balance and harmony with another GA. 2-0 BJs.

And it just doesn't matter.

Balance and harmony don't live in the basement. That's a lofty goal or in the Nucks case another goal against on the Tankified PK.

Down 3-zippety still doesn't matter.

What matters is the Brock silencing the hissing of the ice snakes.

Canucks get a PP of their own. And starts in the thwarted fashion. Brock had a couple good looks and Elvis had a couple good saves.
