Happy Holiday to those who get it and those who don't...well...nevermind.

I have a question that I hope someone can answer. Is there a clause in Brock Boeser's contract that says once he got to 30 goals, that he was done for the year? That would be a sweet contract. Get back to me. I guess I could about the whole Miller line that has 3 points in 5 games. What the fuck is Taco doing here. Pius Suter is not the player for that line to succeed offensively. Maybe going back home to Minnesota today will help Brock find his scoring touch....let's hope.
I have a concern with this team and games against big teams that pressure the puck. Taco said he was happy with the 5vs5 play, but I want to point out that the Canucks took too many penalties against a team that was just waiting to break out on the PP. Also....Petey....where was he? Add another game where he has no points against a tough opponent. Hopefully Petey can learn from this game and find a way to work his magic in the next game against Winnipeg.
Van starts a short 3 game road trip against a Wild team that can see the final playoff spot, but will have a tough time getting there in the Central. Almost every game left in the Canucks schedule in February is against playoff caliber teams who would like nothing more than beat the best team in the NHL .

Game Day Battle Hymn
Old school 80's rock didn't seem to work last game so we are going move a decade or so and see if some Pacific Northwest music can have a better result. I think Pearl Jam's music has permanently moved from that grunge classification to rock...Kent may disagree, but what's new.
Go Canucks Go!
